All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot make changes, but you may return the order for a full refund once received.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time to be posted to your account.
